“If Heaven” is a song written by Gretchen Peters, which appears on her 2004 album Halycon. The song made such an impression on country singer Andy Griggs that he recorded his own version because he remembered the loss of his father and brother, who died when he was still a child. His mother urged him to perform it because of the deep meaning it had for them. Hear Andy Griggs sing “If Heaven.”
