The Healing Journey

It is often said that each person’s grief is unique, but there are common characteristics. There are also truths you can be sure of, among them, this one: The Blessed Mother, also known by the title of Our Lady of Sorrows, will always be with you, and you will occupy a special place in her Immaculate Heart because she understands grief and suffering like no other. Also, those who are suffering will come to you, even though they may not know why at the time, because you have walked the same path. Think of it as God acting anonymously for the good of all of us. So be there for them, just as someone was there for you on your Healing Journey.

Our Lady’s Poem

My dearest one,
Who I have brought here
To this place,
To my place.

I want you to be holy,
To let all these beautiful things
That the Lord has placed in you
Become suffused with my Son’s Abundant Grace.

So that you become a light
to all whom I send you,
That you may inspire and hearten
My struggling children.

I believe in you,
I see you only as a Mother can
The vision of what the Lord wants you to be.

How beautiful is that vision,
That striking beauty
Which only wants to be uncovered
To be a beacon for others.

Oh, my loved one
Do not be fearful;
The Lord is with you.
